review our return and refund policy below, which outlines the conditions and procedures
for returns, replacements, and refunds.

📦 Returns

You have the option to provide your own return address for orders shipped to your
customers. Please note that only U.S. addresses can be accepted for returns.

🛠 Replacements & Refunds

If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact our
customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in
transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

To process your claim, please provide:
● A clear photograph of the issue
● A brief explanation of the problem

Once your claim is approved, we will either:
● Ship a replacement product within 3 business days, or
● Issue a refund to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your
preference.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that we will not grant refunds or replacements in the following situations:
● Incorrect Address: If the provided address is insufficient and the shipment is
returned, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
● Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments returned due to being unclaimed will require
reshipment at your expense.
● Buyer's Remorse: Returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse are not covered.

If you choose to accept such returns, you will need to place a new order at your
own expense.
● Customs Rejection: Orders refused by customs due to product restrictions or
unpaid taxes will not be refunded.
